Great little cameraMay 02, 2009

Very nice little camera. The quality is plenty good enough to see what is behind you (although there is a little noise, I imagine more from the long cable). I drilled a hole in my plastic bumper and mounted it and found it to be a little troublesome. The collars are designed to rotate with a cam action to allow it to be aimed, but it is pretty awkward to adjust and level. Other than that I am very satisfied and feel that this is maybe the best safety feature for a car, especially if you have kids. Be sure and order you a standard video cable the length you need as it only comes with one long enough to go inside the car.

By gingersmobile Had this back up camera installed on my 2010 Hyundai Tucson works great able to see everything and then some.full color.Night time is a little grainy but still able to see well.Highly recommend this camera.rather than pay 2500.00 at dealer for added package deal.I also bought a GPS.Dont pay the dealer big money for xtras you can add your self a lot cheaper.

I'd pass on this oneMay 24, 2011
By HeliDragon The camera seems well built but the video image quality was really poor on the camera I received. I bought this to install as a back-up camera for my car. The colors were way off. It appeared that I had no blue in the video feed. The low light performance was unusable. Perhaps I just happened to get a bad device but the adage that "you get what you pay for" really comes to mind with this camera vs others.

Ok day pic night not goodAug 17, 2011
By ToyotaAvvy I put this on my 07 Avalon which doesnt have a factory camera option. I interfaced it to the oem nav unit with a 'navtool' interface. The day time picture is pretty good. On my dark street the night is bad, almost useless. If theres street lights around or other light sources its ok. Backup lights dont provide much assistance as a light source for the camera.
