I just purchased this video and was contacted via email by the seller to inform me of the shipment. He also extended his help in the event there was a problem to receive or play the product. The service was found to be excellent. The players needed are NeroMedia and Windows, but he has downloadable software for the user on the DVD if these are not available on your computer. I opened the DVD from MyComputer and you can see the library of files which consist of selected video from various authors such as Duke Rufus, Vut Kamnark, Rob Kaman and others. All very interesting and possesses useful information based on ring experience and training preferences by the instuctors. There is not fancy package, it arrives in an envelop with a DVD hand written label. The picture in the ad does not appear. The only suggestion I would have is perhaps add a picture to the DVD so it looks a bit more professional but it is a good product and I'm pleased with having purchased it.
