This backpack is very sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. Be aware, however, that if you intend to use it with the "safe" insert, that the bag is quite heavy. The "safe" insert is removable, and that is how we are using it.

WE TOOK THIS BAG TO PORTUGAL, SPAIN AND ITALY AND WE WERE ABLE TO LOCK ALL OF OUR CAMERA AND LAPTOP EQUIPMENT IN IT - VERY USEFUL VERY SECURE
