I purchased this cable for a Pioneer 4300. The cable is a knock off and does not play sound when playing videos.... The picture shows a pioneer cable which is not what I got... If I can stop one person from buying from this online dealer I have done my job. Do yourself a favor and buy the cable from a reputable vendor like crutchfield or bestbuy.

No idea if this product functions or not because it's completely worthless. 3.5mm jack is the advertized 6 ft. length, but the USB cable portion is only 2 ft. long. This completely defeats the purpose as the Ipod must be within 2 ft. of the source. GARBAGE

This cable only allows you to watch videos from your iPod library...that's it. The cable is not compatible with Otterbox cases. You have to remove the case in order to use the case.
The reason I'm giving this 1 star is because the connecter cable that plugs into the bottom of the iPhone shattered into several pieces. After several hours of trying to put it back together I had no luck. So I threw it out and use just a standard USB cable issued by Apple. Works perfectly!

This model does work for my Pioneer Z110BT. I was recommended another model for my player, however when I wanted to order that model wasn't going to be shipped for 3-5 weeks. This model was in stock and it worked. It does everything to from: playing ipod/iphone, playing the video from ipod/iphone, and it charges both the ipod/iphone. It works perfectly. Just make sure your model will work with this cable. I called Pioneer directly, and they did help me make the purchase. They said this model would work too.

There's not to much to say... It appears to be made well, looks cool and looks hard enough for a normal use. There is just one problem; it is not the model that is advertised "Pioneer CD-IU200V"... instead is the "Pioneer CD-IU200VM"... with a Micro USB Male at the end and NOT the normal USB Male that the Pioneer's Stereos need nowadays.
Anyhow, just be aware about your needs and what will you get if you buy this item model.
