Don't Buy!!!!!Jul 01, 2011
By Audioguy I purchased this cable for a Pioneer 4300. The cable is a knock off and does not play sound when playing videos.... The picture shows a pioneer cable which is not what I got... If I can stop one person from buying from this online dealer I have done my job. Do yourself a favor and buy the cable from a reputable vendor like crutchfield or bestbuy.

Purchased for my Pioneer Z110BTJan 15, 2010

This model does work for my Pioneer Z110BT. I was recommended another model for my player, however when I wanted to order that model wasn't going to be shipped for 3-5 weeks. This model was in stock and it worked. It does everything to from: playing ipod/iphone, playing the video from ipod/iphone, and it charges both the ipod/iphone. It works perfectly. Just make sure your model will work with this cable. I called Pioneer directly, and they did help me make the purchase. They said this model would work too.

Waiting to InstallJan 05, 2012
By bigcountry I'm waiting to install this until I get an iPhone, but I wanted to go ahead and leave a review of my initial thoughts about this product. There are a lot of bad reviews out there, that I feel are misguided. This seems to be a genuine Pioneer product. It arrived in legitimate Pioneer packaging and appears to be the same exact product listed on the Pioneer website. Yes the two cables are different lengths, the USB is much shorter than the Aux cable. This is because when you purchase your head unit, Pioneer supplies a USB extension cable with the unit. This is designed to work in conjunction with that product. The idea is it lets you unplug this cable, wherever you stash it at, and still use your USB drive for a flash drive or whatever, and then hook your iPod back up. The aux connector is a three ring connector. Here's to hoping it works as good as it appears, it sure beats paying $45 or $50 from other places.

MisleadingDec 22, 2011
By BoulderEngineer No idea if this product functions or not because it's completely worthless. 3.5mm jack is the advertized 6 ft. length, but the USB cable portion is only 2 ft. long. This completely defeats the purpose as the Ipod must be within 2 ft. of the source. GARBAGE

Not worth the moneyOct 19, 2011
By swimdude This cable only allows you to watch videos from your iPod library...that's it. The cable is not compatible with Otterbox cases. You have to remove the case in order to use the case.
The reason I'm giving this 1 star is because the connecter cable that plugs into the bottom of the iPhone shattered into several pieces. After several hours of trying to put it back together I had no luck. So I threw it out and use just a standard USB cable issued by Apple. Works perfectly!
