The Stack On GSB-719 19 gun safe is a good buy for what it is. The price is right at $499 and be sure to look for the Super Saver Free Shipping. This is $150 that you won't have to pay. Shipping was not bad either. It took about 8 total days from order to delivery. That may be less if the weather cooperates. First let's be clear about what this is and is not. It is a gun SAFE and not a gun cabinet. It has 6 one Inch locking lugs with 3 of those live. It is not a fire safe and the door steel plate is pretty thin but it will keep kids and most thieves at bay. This safe is limited to a combination lock and no push button lock is available This safe should hold most everything you have to store. It will hold 12 long guns on the left and has four adjustable shelves for the right side. If you need it the right side can hold 7 more long guns instead of the shelves. Stack On provides several of what they call barrel stand offs. These attach to the long gun rests an add more clearance for scoped rifles but if you have any rifles such as AKs or ARs which have tall front sights you'll probably need the stand offs for those too.
The hinges are hidden inside and the interior is fully carpeted. I highly recomend this safe for anyone looking for and entry level actual gun safe which has ample storage.

Entry level gun safe at it's absolute best, it's convertible, has ample storage and 4 shelves, combination lock with 3 live bolts and 3 fixed at hinge side. It fits in a closet perfectly and the sliding doors shut over it so it is hidden from view. I also purchased the 12" GoldenRod for it aswell, and there is a hole in the back of the safe for cord exit, also mounted a small florescent light in the ceiling. Fit and finish is pretty good for what you pay, It's not a 4k Browning safe!!! It has pre-drilled holes in the floor of the safe for securing it to the floor in your home, also 2 holes drilled in the back wall of the safe to secure it to the closet wall studs. It weighs about 240 lbs. empty. I would imagine as full as mine is with ammo, all the guns and pistols, etc. it's getting upwards of 450 lbs. or more and being bolted down to the concrete floor and back wall, it won't be a walk in the park for some thieves to just walk out of the house with it. Nothing is 100% secure, but this safe serves it's purpose and securely houses the weapons and ammo from the kids/grandkids. It is just about perfect for my needs and it is hidden in a spare bedroom closet, out of sight out of mind. It definately makes the better half feel confident knowing the firearms/ammo are securely packed away. I picked mine up at Dick's on clearance for $299 brand new in the box and they loaded it in my pickup, definately a sweet deal. No matter where it's purchased, it's one of the best entry level gun safes on the planet.
