This enclosure is built to last. It's huge though. I put a tiny IP camera in it and I really don't need all that space.
One thing I did not like is that the pass-through hole for the cable is not big enough to accommodate an RJ45 cable. That's not very convenient for PoE IP cameras. However, it is plastic, so it's not difficult to make that hole slightly bigger.
All in all, a good product that's a little overkill for my application.

I have 3 of these so far. I have a business and had a couple of bullet cams out front. Well these thieves would run up with a ladder and pull the cameras and be gone. After installing the cams in the housing, they don't bother messing with em. It's quite the bonus. And Amazon seems to have the best price and shipping. Oh, make sure to get the wall mount too.

I use it with an Axis 211a network camera, it fits with lots of room to spare. There're some gaskets on the rim which allow for a tight seal. The biggest hazard to this fixture seems to be the local spiders which love to make their webs right in front the glass. I dust them off with a cobweb broom every couple months.

A little too big for my needs. Wanted to mount a Panasonic IP camera which is square (not length wise). the camera would not fit the dimensions of the window. Sent it back and bought a DOME housing.
HOWEVER, this camera was a good buy for the quality and the fact that it included the housing AND the mount. Quality built. looks just like the ones you see in commercial applications.

There was no documentation on this device's suitability for use with a wireless camera. I had a older airlink camera that i needed to protect from the elements if used. I was happy to find out that my network was able to receive a signal. In short it works
